I started to purchase in amazon for 3 years now and had no bad experience in it, most of the time I always bought gadgets from it because it always felt it is good to purchase it in amazon than visiting any vendor shop because prices be cheap in amazon sometimes compared to generic vendors, now the tragedy is when I bought a head set and found it is partially working then I had to call up customer care and inform about it, he started to ask each every question of shipping ordering date delivery date problem date and few more question when he finished he gave a date and time to wait when a person will come to receive on that date our home was closed for an xyz reason again I had to call this people up and place a request for picking up the product from home then he said there would be charges and they said to wait for a date again, in this process I wasted lot of time and unless this was sorted out it was very stress full, but apart from this there were no prolem in using their site, it is user friendly.
