Hope the image speaks for me. Amazon is full of liars. I bought a mobile from Amazon. It was supposed to be delivered on 29th September. But it was not. So I called up the customer support team. They kept on promising me that they will call me back n get the issue resolved. I waited for 11 more days. then suddenly they say we will refund you.
It was a gift for my brother and now my relations with my brother suffered because of the lies of everyone in Amazon. One day even someone from the Social media team called me up and promised to call back the next day with the resolution. But he did not. I spoke to some manager and she told she will get back the next day with the exact delivery date. But she never called back.
Every time I spoke to the customer support team they said they will get back in a day or in 1 hour but then they did not even send a msg. only 1 guy and 2 girls were honest enough to tell me the truth. else all others in the customer support team are liars .
Please dont waste ur time with these people. try not to buy anything from Amazon
