Amazon's customer service s***s!!. Review on Amazon

This is regarding my last order that I had placed on this website UNFORTUNATELY.

The most terrible experience for me. It been 3 or more years I have been shoping online and have never faced such kind of issue.

I placed an order for this guitar and I had to revise the payment cz it got faild at first place ad a false statement from amazon executive created hell lot of trouble for me.

He said I can pay through my crd at the time of delivery I wantd to pay online and I wanted it to be converted it into emi from my bank's end. Then some gy from the leadership team assured me that he will be providin me difference amount couz later the product got oos and needed it at any cost and i have that email confirmation as well. These people can deny their own words and commitment anytime.

Later another guy from the same team says that the varient of the same item for which amount had to be provided is not amazon fulfilled. A false commitment for the 3rd time and this ot about new executives. these are the words from well trained agents wo have the best sort f product knowledge.

Then again this guy from the same leadership team offered me a gift voucher worth rs. 1000 like i was doing all this for your money. He said he will revert back to me within 2days after confirmation for my reslution cz the diffrene amount is 4k aprox.

So now what with the time that has been wasted in this thing just becouse of 1 false staement.

talking to your customer service. He has not turned back to me till now. Talking to them is the same as you talk to a wall that never respond and doesnt understand a word and keep on reapeting the se thing without even understanding anything.

This isn't how a customer should be treaed and this isnt a right way all. So people i give you a free suggestion that do not even think of buying anything from them. cz if everythig s moving smooth than thats okay and the moment you would feel that somethig is wrong and that needs to be fixed. Believe me it wont and they wont even try heping you out couz they are least bothered. So learn from my mistake. and think twice before you buy aanythng cz there is mckig saying in our socity that we all say.
