I feel this review is:
I bought a Bluestar water dispenser which was delivered in 16th April - I noticed immediately that the product was defective as water was pouring out from multiple places.. I immediately raised a request fir return and refund - Amazon gave commitments for multiple dates for return and there is absolutely no contact / message / phone call from Amazon transport team for taking back the product.. they will refund only after returning the product so my money is stuck with them fir no fault of mine.. never expected such a poor customer service from Amazon.. feeling cheated by Amazon…
