I am regular customer of amazon India website for last 1.5 years, but there is a major decline in quality of amazon.in off late.
I ordered 2 items on different orders in last 3 weeks - Borosil bowls for Rs. 700 and another Racold Instant Geyser for Rs. 2, 700.
In 1st case, when the glass bowls arrived, one of the bowl was completely mashed and broken. I returned the item.
In 2nd case, I received the geyser which was in used condition. The box itself was looking already opened.
Its becoming highly disappointing to order from amazon.in, there is no reliability of stuff shipped by them.
Unless they tighten their vendor enrollment process, things are not looking very bright for them in near future.
So far, only good thing is they accept returns and refund the money back to my credit card within 5-6 days of return.
