Awful product and packaging and customer service from Amazon




  1. It was a default product and Amazon did not bother to return in the first place.




  2. Amazon is highly unorganized. It functions worst than a government office.




  3. CS says that my refund is stuck and may not be possible. Inmajeechaally they promised full refund in 5 days.




  4. Already 10 days have passed and CS team is not at all responsible. They say they are buy to resolve any issue.






Is this expected from a company like Amazon?
