Think twice before ordering from amazon.in. Review on Amazon

I had recently purchased a product from amazon.in and while ordering the customization information was provided to seller via amazon call center.The seller sent a wrong product. When I asked for refund with seller I was informed that the product should be sent by me.I approached amazon and they also could not help. I was assured that refund of product return charges and full refund from seller will be given. When the product wad despatched amazon refunded amount in form of gift card.Also the seller returned part amount.The difference of amount was also refunded in form of gift card. Amazon did not bother to ask me if I want it in form of gift card or it should be given back to me in my bank account. They are not ready to send email but only say on phone that it is their policy ro refund return charges in form of gift card. How come this is a refund.My amount has been secured by amazon by such cheap tactics. This is a forced purchase and it us shameful that amazon is doing this unfair transactions. why should I keep my money with amazon as a gift card.first of all I had to pay this out of my pocket due to seller mistake and useless amazon policy. This company is just minting money from people.it is better not to buy anything from amazon.in

By giving this so called "refund" Amazon is not doing any favour to me.It is my right to get back my hard earned money rather than letting it go for this company who does not bother otherwise.

The customer care agent just banged the phone on me and they did not want to send any email and wanted to listen. Such a cheap and pathetic online shopping portal. My sincere request please do not order anything. If they inform you any refund it will always be in gift card irrespective customer wants it or not. In the name of refund they are securing that money for themselves via gift card.Also if you put aby review comment they will reject stating it is obscene. What is so obscene in mentioning a negative feedback.If amazon does not want to accept negative reviews why the hell you exist? Products are at times not the same once we get it delivered and is also of roadside quality. Still they charge high amount for the product.Before buying please think twice as you will end up locking ur hard earned money in a gift card with such company. BETTER TO STOP BUYING ANTHING FROM AMAZON.IN AND SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! Also good to teach a lesson to such company so that do not deal with customer as they wish.
