Today I am going to review amazon india' s service. Amazon service is one of the worst service ever as per my opinion. Iam telling this because I faced such kind of problem from amazon.
First of all the product which I ordered in amazon will not deliverd by amazon it is deliverd by some 3 rd party courier person. Ok that is not that big problem but here delivery boy will not come to your door step. He will call u at some point and he asks you to come to his place if I refuse to come then he will telll you that their courier service is not avilable to our place is this the way of delivering the product.
Second issue is return policy. I must tell you that amazon return policy is kind of 3rd class policy. First you have to order an product if your badluck you receive an defect item them return policy starts. The basic return policy is ok. As it is there in other shopping website. But amazon return policy is not for normal person. Fst you have to raise return request. It is k. Then they tell you that you have to take print outs which they will send to your mail. Here if you dont have a printer then go to cyber and spent some bucks on printing then y have to pack the packege acoording to their rule. And then wait starts again you have to wait for their courier person. They will not come to you on their mentioned time u hav to wait for them if you call to amazon cusatmer care they tell you that if u want refund then you have to courier the item at you own expense.
Here iam asking to amazon what is your problem. If you cant give good service then don't be in this business. If we are paying you something then you have to deliver some qulaity service.
I personley experinced these problem.
