Amazon is one the most trusted, reliable and popular e-shop website. I had bought many items / products from them in past and thereby I can say that there customer service is 24hour available and respond time is satisfactory. the products I had bought are mostly electronics item which are genuine and available with relatively better prices. Delivery time they took is 2-4 days(free standard delivery) but mostly they send me products in 2 days time frame only which is very good of them. Now they have their own android app which works very smooth and fast it is easier for me to search the product I am looking for and to order it within few minutes. One thing I would like to tell about them is that they refund money the fastest and easiest way as compared to any other e-commerce website which I am saying with my own experience that is why I prefer them prior to every other e shop website to buy any thing I need. You can rely on them because of their authenticity with products, services and relations with customers.
