Amazon.in and flipkart.com are now both same companies. Since July 2019 onwards Amazon has started cheating and is grossly mismanaged. When you return some goods due to not looking useful or of poor quality or defective or damaged, they refuse to refund money and convert your money into their gift card. Using your money to give you gift card is absurd and illegal. This gift card also expires with a date . Means your money is never returned and gone.

The sellers on this company web portal are of poor quality, don't reply and small unknown guys with cheap quality of goods. They lie and avoid service and refuse to refund. They manipulate the amazon website system which shows the wrong status like return received by them is shown pending.

This has been started since July 2019 onwards with me now as they have become a monopoly. It is shocking. My refund is due for 3 weeks.

3 weeks have passed and they keep sending the same message we are sorry and processing and 7-10 business days will be taken.The same lines are sent every week for 3 weeks. Sellers also don't respond.

Their 100% purchase protection guarantee seems a fake and as soon as you want to return goods, they become cheap guys and misbehave making lies and deferring payment on and on. If you insist to get payment to your bank and not gift card, they will lock it so you also cant buy and then keep lying every day. Keep pushing dates by same 7-10 business days actually doing nothing. Every time new name is filled in their email.

There are no address and HO mail given neither name and email phone numbers of Grievance Officers.

Sellers manipulate the website and status of order is shown pending return though material already received by seller.

Most people are not allert and dont have documetns of dispatch with them

Avoid this fake company. Don't buy especially any costly item or technical item now. You will repent and your money will be stuck or you will be forced to buy more through illegally converted money into gift cards. Sellers will blame amazon and amazon won't reply. My two return orders have not been paid for 3 weeks. It is age big stress. Huge Wastage of time and cases will now land in courts and also police as It is a fraud.

Even CEO did not respond to my emails.

So avoid this monopoly arrogant company run in India by corrupt Indian executives and liars.
