I order One plus T5 from Amazon Prime on 28th January 2018 and the order showed it need to be delivered by 29th January 2018. Further on contact with customer service twice it was assured to delivered by 30th January by 9 PM. Further on contact with customer service of amazon on 30th January at 9.15 PM, it was committed to be delivered by 31st January 2018 by morning. Toady is 31st January and I again contacted at 3 Pm and now they are saying 8 PM, I am expecting Prime membership at double cost is taking double time now. The service dont care about high price shopping of 35K. I wish I could cancel the amazon prime and get my money refund for such fast delivery and fake commitments from there customer service.
