A couple of days back I ordered a package from amazon.which was to be delivered by 30th july.as commited by the site.
As the day came I was waiting all day long for the package to be delivered.
but no sign of the thing all day long.
for this I called up the coustmer care service 4 times. just to confirm about tha package but every time I get is "sir let me help you. i'll just put a mail on your behalf and for sure you will get it and what I get is SORRY sir.
firstly the first thing I m dissapointed is that the agent's number they provided me was on a leave that day. He was not on duty. and when I asked the coustmer care for the alternate persons details what they say is I dont know. How irresponsible ans is that from such a big co. Means they dont keep the backup and knowledge about the person who is resonsible for there job.
secondly what the ppl sitting in reply for your queries care about the survey which I will receive after the call about them. was I saitisfied with them or not.
so at the end of the day I was left dissapointed and with lots of sorry from the executive.
totally unprofessional.
