Amazon is a leading e-commerce portal and biggest competitor of flipkart in India. Amazon sells only new products on their website. Cloudtail is In-house merchant of amazon. I generally prefer to buy product from amazon fulfilled selllers only.


Earlier amazon was providing free shipping all over india with no minimum purchase required. But now it charges Rs.40 for order less than Rs.499.


Shipping of amazon is super fast. They generally deliver items in 1-2 days after ordering or maximum 4-5 days in peak times.


Customer support of amazon is robust and reliable. They will help you the extent they can.
