Amazon is arguably the most consumer centric company in the world, there customer friendly policies are exceptional and they give a sense of comfort and reliability everytime you purchase with them, I am listing few of the reasons and examples which proove that this is the best online shopping firm in the world




  1. Price: you choose a product on amazon and compare its prices with other sites like flipkart or snapdeal, mpre then 99% times you will find the prices to be much lesser then the other sites




  2. Delivery: they always deliver well before the speculated time, and even if you call them and tell them that due to some reason I want the product a bit early then the mentioned time, they always fulfill your wish without even charging for any fast delivery




  3. Consumer Centric: they go out of the way to help you, they try to help the customers as much as they can even if they have to violate some of their policies they always keep customers on top, here are some examples for that






Few months back I purchased a skullcandy earphones which I used for almost 2.5 months, after 2.5 months the left side of the eraphone stopped working, I knew that return date was over 2 months back so nothing can be done now, still I took a chance as it was amazon, I called up customer care and told them I am yoyr loyal customer and I do not expect your products to get damaged in just 2 months as it was purchased from there default seller Cloudtail, the customer care person told me to hold for a second and to my surprise and delight he gave me a refund and told me to return the piece, I was amazed how can a company give refund for a product whose return date was over 2 months back. I wad delighted and full off gratitude towards amazon


2nd example was of a Prestige multicooker that I bought un august last year. On all the other sites it was listed at 1700 rs. I got it at 1300 on amazon, when the piece arrived it had some scar marks, I returned it. When the replacement piece came. It had again some scuff marks. Though not much and it was really not effecting anything. But still it was a new product and I was not that happy. I called amazon and they gave me gift card worth 300 rs instantly. I was amazed and delighted it was such a prompt and fast action.


3rd example is regarding a power bank of MI. I bought it from amazon again at less price then fkipkart or any other site. The power output was not satisfactory. Amazon sent a replacement. The replacement piece's power output again was not so good after that the 3rd replacement piece came but again I was not convinced. I called amazon they told they are refunding my money and as the fault is on them you can keep the power bank with you. This was by far the most consumer centric thing I witnessed ever. They gave me the power bank for free and refunded my whole money.
