I am in love with Amazon.in. As per me, its one of the best shopping website or app. Almost everyday I buy something from amazon be it a household item, grocery item or beauty and fashion products. Till date, Amazon has never disappointed me. The kind of quality, pricing, delivery, refunds plus the customer care, everything about amazon deserves 5 star.
I have contacted their customer care many a times, most of the times I got a quick resolution to my issue. While buying from amazon I don't have to think twice because of their easy and fast refund policy. They even give the same day refund, if I have paid through amazon pay. They come up with very good promotions as well, which are worth availing. So all in all, I am really happy with Amazon, I recommend it to every one for best online shopping experience.
