As we know its the best ahopping experience with amazon when we buy product online thats its a really good thing and everyone knows it.I would like to share the worst experience I ahd qith amazon customer service and product.
They have 1-2 dates sale every month for grocery and all I have purchased many product like sugar harpics shampoo daily essentials product the deal was for above 2999 we get 300 gift cards and 5% cash back if we do card payment.
I so I have booked the order for my family as I was out if station and nobody was there to bring daily useage product I was my bigget mistake I ahve done that j have shopped with amazon.
My order was placed and I was happy that I will receive my prosut on time and I will get gift cards but it shattered my product got damage.
It was amazon fault which I have to suffer alot I ahve called amazon for many time why my produt got cancelled and whats the reason behind it I still do not know.When I called customer support they said a new story everytime.And still I do nit got my refund and giftcards.Worst services by customer support of amazon.
