Amazon the fraud company.they alwys wrong promised and regulate thier policy.worst company I ever seen .
I bought a phone named yu yuphoria from Amazon.they deliver me damaged phone.the doest not sim cards.i called to amazon to refund my money .at first they deny to refund but at last accept my refund request.and tell me that after 4 days I will get my refund but the company did not it.they takes time and time but not refund my money.at last when I call again then thier customer deny to refund says that thier policy is.change.and tell me to take replacement .
