My experience with Amazon has been generally good but over the last few months, the service hasn't been the same as before. I had bought a dress for which they had sent a wrong item, and did not pay the refund until I had filed a claim. The delivery time for various items is also taking much longer than before. It appears as if now that Amazon has firmly established itself in India, it no longer needs to pursue the same tactics to woo customers like it did last year.
