Wrost service and courier partner. Review on Amazon

Amazon is one of the biggest brand no doubt, but when we talk about any Brand. The thing which is click on my mind that is quality and good services few years before when I was started online shopping that time I was think about that online shopping is just like that someone allow you to buy anything if you satisfied with that product completely no hard and fast or if you took something wrong then you have again an option to return very easily. But now a day it’s become only a business they told that it’s all about most concentric place to shop online. May be But their courier partner is just behaving like a celebrity is coming for the delivery, OK no problem. The thing is I was purchased a Google virtual glass and I was cancelled that order because after placed an order I was realized that that product is only support 5.5 inch screen size but my phones screen size is 5.8 so I was canceled that ordered after some time when I was checked it’s still showing cancelled but after few days the product was delivered to my home and mom was picked from the courier person because I was already make the payment online. After that I came in my home and I didn't open the box even, then I called to customer service after a long time they picked my phone then I explain each and everything but still they said once the product dispatch from the ware house they cannot stop for the delivery I said OK. What a bonding with Courier Company. So I again raised a complain for return the product no one is came to take the product from my home again I called to the customer care and explain all the things again then they said it might be a problem with address so I just shock delivery is possible but pick up is not what a service is that. After that my 15 days return policy was expired and I just keep it like show peace.

Product Quality: If I talk about product quality then it’s absolutely awesome product when I tested to my friend's mobile which is ASUS ZENPHONE 2, No pix elation problem at all.

Delivery or courier partner: The courier partner who was assigned the product to deliver my door step is GATI Courier Company. And I think they should know the responsibility to deliver the product or they must have a good communication with customer or the online market place or e Commerce Company as well. They don’t cooperate with the customer also. If they didn’t find the address then they update to the company like address is not proper or not valid so as per the update company will do the next process but the fact is customer don’t know these all things and they are just suffering.

Delivery time: Delivery time is not always bad as I felt this time but yes this time whatever I suffered cannot be negligible, I placed an order approx 7 days before they delivered to me after cancellation and also the date was over for the delivery. Like the expected delivery date was 10th October. And they delivered to me is 14th of October so that is over time to wait for the product if I didn’t want cancel the product then still I have an issue with that.

App & Website: Website is quite OK and easily accessible but when we talk about application its always showing some error or problem but only in windows phone I am not talk about android, the problem is just like hanging, restart, type the works whatever you want to search and its take too much time to mention the words in the search bar, and apart from that I thing Amazon was completely remove the application in windows app store because few month back I was reset my phone and I was try to install the Amazon app again and its showing there is no application like that in the app store so that time I was just shocked, because it’s a most famous brand I thought. But now a day I don’t try to use any online shopping portal because I don’t know why but I always faced challenges with online shopping.

Reliability: Reliability is quite nice because it’s a brand but somehow somewhere another people making some nonsense mistake just because of that particular thing a brand image would be damage. Shopping is always the favorite thing for people if I talk about any person, but when the expectation is broken then we never try to do the same things again.

SO BASICALLY I WAS JUST TRYING TO POINT OUT THE FEW THING

1. A Courier company should be responsible & try to communicate properly with the customer or the warehouse as well.

   
   




2. E commerce company is only exist because customer save their time and money so e Commerce Company should be take the feedback always from the customer after deliver the product and before deliver the product also. So the proper communications needed before something wrong, because in that type of situation the trouble is only faced by the customer.

   
   




3. A verification call is need to cross check that which exactly product is ordered by the customer and it should be deliver on which address.

   
   

I hope my review will help you out people. My point is only to make the services better, because only a middle class family will survive so this type of things is just casually for a company but a middle class family survived a lot.
