Worst Shopping Portal. Review on Amazon

Amazon knows nothing but to cheat their customers by False Promises.Ordered a phone and was not delivered as the person was not available to receive the Package. Even after providing the Land line and the mobile number noone ever tried to reach me on the same but every day get a text message that the product could not delivered as the person was not available to receive the same. Payment credited back after so called 5 business days.

Some XYZ calls me and tells that they are sorry for what ever happened and would like to give me a gift voucher of 500rs in the next purchase and stupid me I booked the same product again only to find out that the product is limited to one per person.

Amazon was cheap enough to take the money from my account and then throw this message that I was not elligible and the product booking has been cancelled and I will receive the refund in 3-5 business days which I have not received it till date which is more than the time specified by them. The Total money which Amazon had used mine was 15, 000 rs for which neither I could get the Product not the money back yet.

Pals if you are reading this then I would strongly suggest NOT TO USE AMAZON.IN For any kind of Purchases online. I had ordered the same product on EBAY and I received it the next day itself. Amazon knows nothing but to use their customer's Money.
