Returned 10 orders of mine without attempting delivery. when they promised to deliver. All courier companies deliver to my pincode.


Multiple escalations to Amazon CS yielded no result. I was given false promises and refunds. They wont even allow you to pick up, personally if they cant deliver. Yet they promise that they will deliver to every pin.


ATS is without doubt the worst courier company in India.
