Amazon Now delivers groceries at your doorstep. I love to shop on amazon, so when amazon launched Amazon now, I placed multiple orders, but they fail to maintain the quality services provided by Amazon. Firstly, they did not deliver all the items, which I have ordered, there is always one or two items missing, though they provide the refund for the missing items.
Secondly, the rates or the selling price of the items and the billed items are different, when I ask the customer care, they told me that the prices changes as per the offers going on, in the stores. Thirdly, they cancelled my orders stating its heavy so they can not deliver it. Now, I do not understand, if we you are selling groceries, how can you refuse delivering it on the basis of weight.
Fourth and the most important one, there was some cashback offer going on, but they have not auto-credit the cashback, in fact, I have to wrote multiple mails for the cashback. though finally they have credited the cashback in my account. So all in all, not a very good experience.
