Amatrra - A perfect Spa at New Delhi. Review on Amatrra - Delhi

Marriage is a special occasion in every woman's life, and she would wan to look her best on this day. But who will make her look best on that special occasion. No wonder all are going for specialists and beauty parlor. For anyone living near Delhi, my suggestion is Amatrra - Diplomatic Enclave, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi.

At Amatrra, make-up artists give individual attention and hold discussion about what you would like or do not like. They not only work on the make up schedule for the day but they also assess your skin type and stress level, and suggest a pre bridal package accordingly. Everything from make-up to hairstyle to tying the sari is chosen carefully, taking into consideration your face structure and persona. Amatrra offers full range of different pre-bridal package, from one week to one month's duration. Their pre-bridal package includes some of their unique treatment methods along with regular pre-bridal services.

A preview of what you will get at Amatrra -

Stockholm: traditional European message, incorporating lights kneading from toe to forehead, including a face message. This popular massage soothes and relaxes your body and relieves stress.

Dry Floatation: In this deep relaxation process the body is suspended on buoyant, saline water filled underlay. The floatarium is a psychedelic art exhibit, inspired by mother’s nature most secure sanctuary - the womb.

The therapy, an hour of which is equivalent to four hours of deep sleep, helps in pain relief, boosts energy, reduces blood pressure, counters addiction, and eliminates toxins.

Abhyanga: A full body ayurvedic message done in classical Kerala style by one therapist using warm, medicated herbal oil. This treatment enhances body suppleness, includes sleep and releases your physically.

Vibrancy: The unique bath has been blended with Ylang Ylang, Lvender and Geranium essential bath oils to revitalize and uplift your body and spirit. You will be served with Chinese tea after this elegant bath.

Sparkle: The entire body is treated to a healing exfoliation using a Lavender and Walnut Combine. A warm shower and a soothing Jacoba Lavender oil treatment follow it.

Vichy Shower: This consists of seven headed "Rain Bar" that messages the pressure points and seven charkas on the back at varying level of pressure. Warm Water exfoliates and rejuvenates skins.

Oriental Body Glow: A natural body rub made of honey and sesame seeds gently tones the body surface, leaving it fresh and vibrant.

Nectar: Begins with a deep cleansing, exfoliating treatment through the application of granulated sea salts. Honey is then applied all over the body, followed by a steam bath which enables the natural and moisturizing properties of honey to rejuvenate the skin.

Mandi Lular: This treatment originates from the royal house of Java. A spice and root paste is rubbed all over the body, and peeled of just before drying to exfoliate dry and dead skin cells. It ends with a relaxing message and flower petal bath that soothes and rejuvenates the skin.

We can't exactly say it is a normal beauty parlor, its a Spa - it is in Hotel Ashoka. There are many othe packages available in Amatraa, but I am writing a review on this beacause I have seen this only. This review is based on personal experience and inputs given by Parlor. There may be better parlors than this at Delhi but this is infact a good one.
