Amarkantak is one of the beautiful places of madhya pradesh, it is situated on hills. I went to amarkantak more than five times, it is really beautiful in terms of natural beauty, there are so many beautiful water bodies in amarkantak like kapil dhara, doodh dhara, pushkar dam. you can see the adorable beauty of nature in mai ki bagiya and son udgam these are origin places of holy rivers narmada and son respectively. you will see the water falling from a great height at son tower. kapil dhara and doodh dhara are water falls of narmada river. there are so many temples and ashram over there so it is a good place for religious person. you will get various ayurvedic medicines in mai ki bagiya. I suggest that if you are in M.P. or near by so must go to amarkantak.
