It's a trap. Review on Amanora Town Centre, Hadapsar, Pune

This is not a residential scheme it is a jail. I have not seen so many rules in any other housing society.

People get carried away by their entrance and garden but after booking the flat they realize that they cannot use any of the amenities. It's better to shift in a small society where you can use all society amenities. The intentions of the builder doesn't look good.The builder doesn't think about the citizens, he has created this township for his personal use/ income.

See the rules/ cons below -

• you have not purchased the flat (you are on a lease of 999 years)

  
  




• after booking the flat there is no gaurantee when it will be completed. You will find no progress even after a year.

  
  

The builder takes 5-6 years to give possession. Even after that the building in not complete.

• You cannot install safety door either at entrance or at your terrace.

  
  




• you cannot install dish. You have to use their cable tv even when their quality is not good and they have limited channels.

  
  




• They are constructing such a big township but there is no greviance support/ no society meetings.

  
  




• They advertise it as a digital city but mobile and internet connectivity/ access is very poor.

  
  




• you will have to give one time maintenance as well as monthly maintenance. The maintenance is very high.

  
  




• Even after paying the maintenance you will not get any service.

  
  




• They do not even bother to clean the common passages.

  
  




• The appearance of the society will be like a construction site.

  
  




• The conrete carrying trucks damage the roads now and then and the builder does not even bother to repair them.

  
  




• You cannot use the common garden as it is always rented for functions/marraiges.

  
  

During fuctions loud music is played, cars are parked all over which disturbes peace of this place.

Also, citizens are not allowed to use common facilities, garden. There are around 1/2 fuctions/ marriages per week.

• The security gaurds are very arrogant.

There are security gaurds everywhere and they will not allow you to move freely even when you tell them that you are a citizen.

They do not know how to behave with the citizens. They are a trouble for the citizens rather than outsiders.

• The township has completed 6 years now but still the clubhouse is not operational and I dont think it will be as the builder wants to earn money from marraiges.

  
  




• Even though you are a citizen you have to pay parking fee at the mall and its not a walkable distance.
