I booked my flat with Amanora with impression that they have better quality & transparent approach. But after overall dealing with them it was such a bad experience that I cancelled my plan to book another flat with them. I will probably regret my decision to buy flat with Amanora for long long time.
1) Financial transactions/experiences are worst than small builders
2) Quality of flat is compromised & not adhered to the agreement
3) No interest paid even for the delay of 1.5 yrs
4) Staff is extremely arrogant & poor services
5) Overall "Nam bade aur danshar khote"
My personal experience is very bad & I will never recommend Amanora to any of my friends. Even if someone is buying I will say please be careful on money matters, time & quality of your flat.
Also, there are many hiden costs & very high maintenance compared to Magarpatta
