1> 2 year delay
2> management constantly lies
3> employees make false promises
4> after giving in writing, they have decided not to compensate for delay
5> it will still take up to 5 years for the place to be habitable(constructions equipment everywhere & roads suck)
6> writing to them is futile - they do not care!
7> taking legal action against them is a waste of time because they are politically backed!
8> their management are a bunch of political gundas - you never know what they are capable of
9> they make false promises over the phone & then when they can do it no more, they will tell you to do whatever you can
