This is the best hotel for providing a food very fast and healthy for most of the travellers are visit here .i visit here most of the time I travelled to secunderabad railway station. only problem I get from the hotel is full of rush any time I visit here this hotel is full of customers .The biryani of hotel is very good ive heard so many times from public and eated twice its tasty Biryani in average price.
FOOD AND PRESENTATION:- The food and presentation of alpha hotel is good and nice I noticed so many times when I am eating food waiters wear gloves in hand. it is very difficult to say about there hard work .The presentation of foods is very good when I see the foods like burger, chicken 65 etc with presentation its feel goods .
AMBIENCE:- when its comes to the matter of ambience its not good because its a full rush place to visit you cant get any kind of feel from atmosphere. its not a nature friendly place and the noise pollution is very full because its near to railway station train noises are very heavy to hear but its a good place to eat not for the nature.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:- The customer service of alpha hotel is very good its a self service. there are so many counters of food only you need to go to particular counter and tell your order its customer service is very good because we see so many hotels when you placed the order the order comes after 10 or 15 minutes but the places like alpha hotels its very easier no need to wait its customer service is very fast.
VALUE FOR MONEY:- Yes its value for money when its comes to the matter of prices are very cheaper and they provide best food in this price compare to other hotels and restaurant. I save lot of money when I visit here.
