We stays in Aloft hotel at Chandigarh Zirakpur area, we checked in as a group traveler and we were happy to see there were many groups coming like us. It was a big as well as nice hotel having 175 rooms. The rooms were exactly similar to the picture showing on review. It was one of the finest rooms we had ever stayed containing all amenities like fridge, sofa, pretty big TV set and nice carpet etc.
It is located in Ambala-Chandigarh highway approx 7 Km from airport, one of the happening place in Chandigarh where there are 24/7 convenience, restaurants and bar etc are available. You need to avail a cab if you don't have your own convenience, the airport pick and drop facility is there but it is chargeable. The hotel has all the other required facilities like a dining restaurant, playing area, bar and banquet hall. It is a bit expensive for a traveler on a shoe string budget. Otherwise outstanding stay with pleasant experience.
Room were neat, washrooms either sounds very hygienic, I will give service people a N+1 as they are nice and friendly, Room services and housekeeping and staff all are up to mark. We didn't avail food or dining services so can't comment about that. Hotel reception are very attentive and they served welcome drink to us as well for the time being we waited before checked in to room.
As we got a good deal via makemytrip, but otherwise also we recommend this hotel and will prefer again in future to stay here.
