Laid off 30 employees on 13 jan 09 all of them in customer support and email support. There were enough volume to run the show. but due insufficient knowledge to team leads. Bad atmosphere no airconditioners, no water, sleeping securities, the main reason is insufficient product knowledge to mostly all team leaders in the company, all of them recruited from previous projects and put in the new project. The team managers are good, ceo, coo, are good but nothing is reached to their table, employees are asked not to eat anything in the floor, team leads gets biriyani and chicken and have in the floor. employees are asked not to use mobile phones, team leads have them in the floor with full volume and also hear music.
