I had order a few items from allschoolstuff for my daughter neha saluja using their promo-code during their free shopping experience offer for new customers on 25/12/12. I had to pay for shipping charges rs 75/- . But it is since 6 days my order is showing ready to be shipped and is not yet shipped. In fact i should have received my order by now. Upon calling their customer care they are not even picking up the phone and are not responding to emails either. So i am recommending all online shoppers to completely avoid allschoolstuff.
HERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND WHAT I HAD SENT TO THEM.
status please and why your customer care number isn't picked up. it is since 6 days my order is showing ready to be shipped why it is not yet shipped. in fact by now I should have received it. otherwise cancel my order and refund my shipping charges back.
