I was working with this company since last one year and it was hell of an experience working with this company. If you everyone of you guys have credit cards and loads of money in account then join this company because you would need it later half of your tenurity.The management right from company ceo to HR's are fraud and fake they give all big ladoos and big picture which is nothing but lies.If you are joining this company for big package please do not because more the package the late the salary comes in your account.It takes about 2 months sometimes more than that to credit the salary.Also this company I do not think is digitally signed as when they hire employees they sending the offer and even appointment letter over mail and top of it they ask you to take printout one for your self and one for them sign it and then give it to them.These company can go up to anywhere to hire individuals just to accomplish the position and fulfill the client requirements.If your are assigned to site location your salary comes after 3 months or more than that
If your alligned to there RMS dept based in mahape please donot join there because its like""NAAM BADE LAKSHAN KHOTE" Management there is useless no work culture work ethics you can be thrown out any time and top of it the work place it feels like someone is sitting in courier company and the surroundings are worst no toilets to pee and sharing the same toilet with girls too can you imagine.
I am sharing this experience because I have wasted my one year as I didnot research about this company and fell into hole which I shouldnt have and wasted my valuable time and money.
Trust me its an fraud company people even after leaving donot receive there FNF for year or more than that and also the salary components given are nothing but to eat your hard earned money.
Its an request donot spoil your career here as you wont get the work for which you would get hired and no job security and would have to work for free.
Fraud entire Allied Management and Human resources except poor employees and individuals like us who suffered.
