Not only "Truly Unlimited" but also another name you can say "Best and Reliable" broadband service provider in Kolkata.
I am using their service since 2 years and I am too much satisfied with its service. As it is totally a digital era you can find ample number of service provider here and there like Airtel, Vodafone, Jio, Wish net, Tikona and the list goes on.
But within the package rate this is the best one one can opt for. There are lots of packages available like Starter( 25 mbps, 500/month+GST), Zoom(30 mbps, 600/ month+ GST), Prime+(40 mbps, 650/month+ GST), Preferred+(50 mbps, 850/month+GST), Premium+(60 mbps, 1150/month+GST), Speed+(75 mbps, 1500/month+GST), Flash+(100 mbps, 2600/month+GST). All the packages comes with no data transfer capping.
For a single or two user the best pack is STARTER one, the speed is enough for two user uses at a time and its 25 mbps means 25 mbps not less than that. Uploading and downloading speed is too good to use. I have attached the speedtest result herewith one can check how the actual speed is. I am using the Starter pack of Alliance according to that the speed is showing here.
Coming to connection reliability which is very good. During the time of any bad condition it happens that many other connection server get disconnected but Alliance has such provision to protect from such conditions so it never disappoint you at any situation.
Service and support is also good. For the new connection you can fill the customer application form available in their website, after a day their executive call you to tell the nearest dealers available according to your given address. You just need to call them for the connection, they ask you to submit a copy of id card and photo for verification purpose, and yes there is a least amount of security deposit to be submitted at the time of getting the connection. They come to your house on that day itself and provide the connection according to the plan chosen by you. There is a dedicated portal available for online payment and service renewal, you are just a click away. If any problem occurs the dealer is always ready to help you any time or you can call the customer service directly.
Overall I am too much satisfied with it and recommend others to take it also.
