Allahabad bank is offering good services but the main problem encountered, almost all banks are offering online banking etc.my grandmother is having pension from that bank.The services are very good.Since they dont have more branches and less customers bank looks always free of customers.
Since Technology is developing day by day in banks like sbi, icici, etc
Interest rates for loans are very less than sbi and all banks.
Allahabad bank should also adopt to improve its services.They should do campaigns, make every one to open accounts in their bank etc
Opening new branches and atms also needed.
