I had a RD with Allahabad Bank, which was suppose to be matured on 13/7/2013. On 14/7/2013 I check online the status of the same, and was surprised to see that instead of crediting the matured amount in my savings account they have deducted another EMI for the same from my savings account.
This, in spite of the instruction been given to the branch to credit the maturity amount into the linked savings account. This can be the worst case of carelessness and this shows the attitude they have towards the customer.
Can any official please let me know how this can happen or this has been the usual practice to make more business from customer without even intimating them?
I didn't get any answer from the branch on this. Its the same non caring Government employee attitude.
