Thish bank is famous and very reputed bank of the country. But as if this bank has lost their intrest in their customers . Customer service is very bad in here . And also in my city there is not even a singal atm of this bank although it have a very huge branch . They are not giving basic facility like atm, cdm ( cash dipositor machine ) etc .as other banks are giving
And the behavior of some of the branch employee is like we are asking for their money . They cant even handal customers properly . And even in normal days the crowed in the bank is soo huge . This is because consumers have to go to the bank even to deposit money in the lack of an CDM .
Altogether very poor coustomer service and management and not costomer oriented.
