I have an account in ALLAHBAD bank and created this only because on that day SBI closed then I thought to open a bank account in ALLAHABAD bank but I did a mistake their services are worst. They do not care about the customer and do not listen to them. Bank environment is poor uses fan and hangs all the AC for showcase only, and sitting arrangement is also not good they only opened the bank for business purpose.
Phone banking and the Internet Banking is available but with least feature like getting your account detail, ATM's not available only ones or two in rare condition.
The thing is only best in Allahabad you will get your ATM in the bank itself you don't have to wait for the post. Customer services provider is bad, you have to wait in a long queue to deposit the money.
