Aligarh is based on real events is about the legal battle for a common man's dignity against a conservative & insensitive system. Aligarh follows the struggle of Siras, a 60-year-old professor who loses his job after a couple of reporters barge into his house and film him in bed with another man. Manoj Bajpayee is excellent. Hansal Mehta's Aligarh is a relevant and important film. A must watch.
