AliExpress is a online shopping website similar to amazon and flipkart. I have used AliExpress several times but I not found it great as Amazon and flipkart.
Customer Service is average in my opinion, I was expecting good customer service from AliExpress but I found it average.
Product quality is also average, I think the same product will be better in amazon and flipkart the AliExpress.
Delivery Timeliness is very bad on this website they are 2 to 3 days late then the given time.
Apps and website are good, it is not excellent but it is a good website for shopping because you will find variety of products here.
Realiability is the big issue in my opinion, because there are far better sites then AliExpress in the market. So fingers-cross for realiability of this website.
