Ali express is a E commerce venture of alibaba.com. We can buy cheap Chinese products from this portal. I had bought a product from aliexpress.com few days back.
I had a terrible experience with the portal. As per aliexpress condition we have to pay the money upfront in ali pay( a kind of wallet) Ali pay provides 60 days buyer protection money back guarantee with certain conditions. The option is tricky if you do not receive goods and if you did not raise a dispute then you are not entitle to receive the refunds. The second tricky thing is you can open a dispute once. So if you click any option without thinking about its result your money will be gone.
About my experience the goods were dispatched in three day by the buyer I received the tracking number of courier till india. As I regularly tracked the shipment I asked the seller to provide me the tracking details of destination but he is unable to give me. The seller simply told me to wait. Even after 45 days of shipment I did not get the tracking number so I reminder the seller once again.got the same reply. so it tried to contact the customer care. Aliexpress is having a robo as a customer care executive who will reply your quries.in my case result is zero.need a human intervention to resolve my problem so I had open a dispute against the seller. The dispute resolving time was 20 days. 60 days+ 10 days. so in total I wasted 70 days to get my money back. The product is not delivered to me but luckily I got my refund.
So my advise to readers do not purchase from aliexpress as there is no human intervention every where machine works so there are more change that you loose money.
