Aliexpreess.com is not very popular and well known website. But, due to my friends recommendation I order mine mobile charger from them. Their prices was again manipulative. But, I decided to give them a try. The whole procedure of placing of order was smooth and clean. IN 9 days the charges comes at my door. After taking delivery when I open the box it was little bit in bad shape.But, I don't give them much blame for this because it is not very serious issue for me. As when I connected my charger it was not taking supply from the socket and I tried it several time. After doing all things possible at my end I call them to discuss the problem.
After three repetative attempt, their executive picked up my call and I told him whole saga. He assure me to take further action in due nearby course. But, I didn't get his reply till yet. I called them after this many times but standard reply was they are examining the things and revert back to me soon. I took that charger and went to mobile shop and told the guy over there to find out the problem. He told me it is already disfunctioning and I need to buy new one. This reality shocked me. They sell many product on their website. But, as they say to see the rise cooked or not one need to taste only one rice and it will tell the entire story. Same with them, I don't trust them. ALthough, I don't have any issue with their pricing. As per my expectation it was well within my range. But, I can not accept bad product as simple as that.
So, decide yourself whether to shop from them or not.Although, I never placed my second order with them till date.
