Aliexpress - Big Name with Limitations. Review on Aliexpress

Info & my experince - Pros & Cons:

- Aliexpress is a famous e-commerce website based on China. Many sellers are registered under it. They mostly sell the products at wholesale rates which is the eye catching part for most of the people across the world. The products are so creative and unique that you can't skip a glimpse of a single product.

- Shipping:

Many sellers ship through different methods in various countries according to the selection by the customers. So, it is important to check the shipping methods and their cost. They mostly provide free shipping to India via China post. Seller own shipping method is a worst method for India which mostly end their tracking information after leaving China and finally, hand over the parcel to India post. The most frustrating problem: tracking number. The sender don't have any idea about the tracking number after reaching to India. So, beware of their own shipping methods, although, they provide free shipping.

- Seller rating & reviews:

Many sellers are selling their stuffs under aliexpress website. So, there is a major chance to get fooled by a fake seller. Most of the people complaint about not receiving their stuffs from the sellers as they provide fake tracking numbers. So, it is very important to check the rating and status of the seller.

- Quality:

There is no guarantee of the products that they will be very good with the quality. Product price comparison must be done, so, as to receive a worth goods from the sellers according to the cost paid to them.

Note: Don't expect any great quality at a cheap price from the sellers even though, if they provide attractive pictures.

- Custome Service:

Aliexpress customer service is worst of all the customer services which I have seen till today. They promise to solve your disputes but actually, a dispute totally depends on your & the seller. Sometimes, seller deny the dispute or cancel the dispute, so, there's a much chance to get cheated by the sellers. So, aliexpress is just a medium to sell the stuffs from sellers. Unlike other websites, they don't even bother to check it. They just have kept a robot customer service agent which gives answer to the limited questions.

Purchase protection:

This is a useless protection given by the aliexpress sellers to their customers. If a person doesn't recieve their product within the given time, they keep on extending it until a person file a dispute out there. So, don't even trust over their purchase protection service.

I have bought many things from aliexpress. Hence, I had many mixed experiences. I almost faced all kinds of problems from them which I mentioned in the above info. I never expected any great quality from this people. I remember my last order was placed on september'15 which is not delivered till yet. Fortunately, it costs a very few dollars less than 1.5 dollars.So, I gave up on the product and asked for refund.

In my few cases, I have to fight a lot to get the refund because of their silly excuses. although, some sellers gave me refund as they promise after their delivery deadline. Since, my experiences are having long list, so, I just have shared the pros and cons related experiences.

One last thing I would like to share with people here. Aliexpress sellers can't answer properly in english. They just copy paste their answers and send it to the customers. Even I have experienced it many times. Few people understand some basic english but mostly prefer copy paste answers.

Conclusion:

If you want to buy something from aliexpress, shop at your own risk because there is no customer support to help you. Although, there are some fake sellers but there are many geuine sellers too.
