I'm personally using alexa.com for my business website and I found that it is the best and easy way to find out traffic estimation that we couldn't not calculate easily. Just install alexa tool bar and find out any website's estimated traffic without any problem. For demographic ratio, alexa.com is the best website where you can optimize traffic according to region, gender, location, age etc.
