I know most of us are trying to save money and buying those expensive salon shampoos can really break the bank unless you have a friend in the business that can get it for you for their cost.
While growing up I remember Alberto Shampoo in the house along with the hairspray. My mother thought there was nothing better and everyone should use it.
After I got grown and out on my own I ventured into the newer fad kind of shampoos, you know the ones that make you smell like a strawberry or supposed to give your hair mega shine and body. The cost was extremely high but I still paid it because I wanted the kind of hair I saw on tv.
They didn't work and after a lot of years and a lot of wasted money you won't believe what shampoo I am using. You got it I am back to the one Mother said was the best.
The Alberto Balsam Shampoo leaves your hair clean without over stripping it of the natural oils and if you have dry hair like I do that is extremely important.
You hair feels and looks clean with a nice healthy shine and it's completely manageable. No flyaway hair here. It also helps remove the styling products that you use without stripping your hair.
After using the shampoo you will notice you hair smells clean and not like a fruit basket. There is nothing I can't stand more than standing next to someone who smells like peach. Peach and the human musk just don't mix. Smells like the fruit has gone bad.

Also the Alberto line of Shampoos doesn't seem to leave a waxy residue behind that causes dandruff like symptoms or leaves your hair weighed down.
On the top of the bottle you will find what looks like a screw off lid but it isn't. It's a flip up lid that makes it easy to dispense the right amount without having to go through unscrewing the cap in the shower and possibly spilling the shampoo.
The bottle is plastic and if dropped won't break so there is less chance of an accident happing while showering.
