AKS : the real reflection of Indian viewers. Review on Aks

AKS - A SUPER DUPER FLOP RIGHT ?

But why ? A very easy question to answer. We Indians need to be baby-fed, by the parents, politicians, the spouses and of course, the film-makers. Anything which is not crystal clear, whatever which needs a keen eye, whatever not promoting goody-goody images are BAD, VERY BAD. Why one should not respect his sweety sweety wife ? Why should a character like Manu Verma (specially when portrayed by Amitabh Bachchan) should do such a nasty thing like raping his own wife ?

Mr Producer, should remember that Indian wives are Devis, and Patis are nothing other than Devtas. If you click on any such facts, which reveals what really goes on behind the curtains of Indian bedrooms, you should be punished.

Manu - the first Man, Raghu - the eternal villain, and Supriya - means Su Priya (a faithful partner) the problem which is there regarding these concepts, from the ancient times of human lifestyle and , is overlooked by the viewers.

The exact diagnosis of the problem of choice (which each individual faces every moment), is overlooked.

The attitude a person faced with, when he is successful, is overlooked. Our regular experience of sorrow and facing it is very easy to deal with. Because, either we try to be bold or we try to forget. Both are positive effects. But after an experience of power, property and success, the emotions like jealousy, pride, ego and ofcourse a sense of guilt and a worry for losing whatever is gained follows. This is negative in its effect. The lack of control that one feels within himself, the fear disguised inside the over-confidence, destroy all happiness.

This is probably the reflection of human mind that AKS wanted to reveal. Mr. Bachchan got the idea, it was clear from his performance, it was well understood by Ravina Tandon as well, K.K.Raina has always been a very supportive actor. But the unexpectedly wonder was Manoj Bajpayee, probably his best performance. Choreography synchronised never so well before (in my scanty experiences) and taken together it was an attempt which talks about an adult concept, not a childish one. Yes, the only unsuccessful part of the story was Nandita Das, to whom she herself was most important.

The reaction of the viewers proved again that they don't want to grow up anyway. That is their real AKS.
