While show makers like Ekta Kapoor are busy in making crap shows like Jodha Akbar by giving it a flavor of Saas Bahu style, This show Akbar Birbal is making us laugh by showing us lite comdey of the incidents between Akbar - Birbal and their people.
I don't think all the stories are real but that is not the point because whatever they are doing, the purpose of it is entertainment only.
Cast performance is the perfect, although the guy who plays Rajkumar ( Son of Akbar) does overacting sometimes but rest of the cast is outstanding. Akbar and Jodha make the best jodi ( even better than the jodi of the show Jodha-Akbar) .
One of the best thing about this show is that they didn't produce alot of episodes like other comedy shows. Limited episodes make this show even more exciting. Although I wish they make some more episodes in the next season and realease the whole series in a DVD edition. : -)
Kiku Sharda is suits the best in Akbar's role, The lady who plays Jodha made this role so strong. I like that.
