Lost worth of 4k. The agent picked up items and not updated in app. And not getting refund.
Tried to call customer care 100 times but no use they don't do anything. They don't even understand English. They open complainant and closes automatically as it's resolved .
I've cc tv footage that the agent was picked up the items. Though I am telling them they saying not recieved. Please don't buy and lose money buying from ajio.
