Mind blowing movie leaving rape discrimination. Review on Aitraaz

Last evening I just clicked Zee Movie and found this movie coming and what ever I saw and understood, ranked it a very good movie starring Amrish Puri, Paresh Rawal(as Lawyer of Priyanka Chopra) Akhay Kumar the victim, Kareena Kapoor(wife of Akhay Kumar) and finally Priyanka Chopra( sexually thirsty dissatisfied third wife of 55 years old multi millionnire industrialist Amrish Puri.

Movie starts with the love scene between Hero and Heroine, they get married on good relations and mutual trust.Akhay get a job offer in the company of Amrish Puri, where he finds his ex girl friend Priyanka Chopra as wife of his employer. She recommends Akhay as Director of the company so she can live with her to get her sex hunger fulfilled.

She calls him one evening and seduced him to make him sexually satisfied but when he repeatedly refused to do so, she gets him terminated from the company.

Being dejected and felt cheated, Akhay Kumar lodges a case of rape against the woman and then starts the court scene where Paresh Rawal, likes other rape cases asks many questions and finally, succeeds to convicne the Judge that Akhay tried to rape Priyanka. Judge adjourshis judgement till next hearing.

Akhay and Kareena returns home, leaving Kareena feeling cheated and disgusted.She simply says that what ever she came to know in the court, should come out from the mouth of Akhay Kumar.

Now the scene changes and he informs that when he was in Hongkong, he found Priyanka as a friend later turned his beloved. Their sexual pleasure makes her pregnent, which despite so many arguments from Akhay Kumar, abort for her high level wishes to become rich.

But when she comes to India, she marries an old man who is a multimillionnire Amrish Puri, who gives her all pleasures except sexual satisfaction.She now finds Akhay Kumar as his kept, so she gets all. In the mean time Bank Manager comes in the house of Akshay Kumar and informs about a phone call conversation. Annu Kapoor, the lawyer listens the tape and proceeds the government agency to certify the voice of Priyanka Chopra and next day comes to court and rings to Akhay Kumar about the confirmation of the recorded voice and assures the winning of case but in the mean time a cars runs over him and his lawyer associates manages stealing the certificate of Forensic Lab and gives to the car driver, who is man of Priyanka Chopra.

Now Kareena Kapoor comes as lawyer cum case investigator and finds the facts in record with the past history of the affair and certificate of the abortion by Priyanka Chopra in Hongkong thru Fax.

Again court starts and the Hon'ble Judge starts to pronouce his judgement but Kareena Kapoor interrupts and informs to the court that the judgement be postponed in the light of the new findings. Judge agrees.

Story turn to new line, as the mobile manufacturing company of Priyanka Chopra had made the set, which had a defect that by default, if one dials one number, automatically it also dials another number.This time when Priyanks was seducing akhay to make her love, he dialled the number of the central server of the mobile company, which recorded the truth.She seduces him to make her love but he denies time and again till last.

After hearing the recorded message thru the mobile, Judge pronouce Priyanka Chopra guilty and releases Akshay Kumar and also keeps him open option for defamation case against Priyanka Chopra and orders Amrish Puri to reinstate him on his old post.

Now the story ends here with a lovely male child to Akhay and Kareena and Priyanka commits suicide by jumping down to road from her multi story office building.

Now my observations: Paresh Rawal shows the nail mark on the back of Akshay which judge agrees as rape attempt.This is of utter surprise as if the woman is protesting against rape attempt, she makes nail and tooth bite on face chest arms but normally if she makes her nail bites on back, means that she is seducing the man to make her love.

This point was raised by Kareena Kapoor, Advocate wife of Akhay Kumar, which court admitted.

Secondly she rightly said that when a man slaps woman, he is called a bad person and when a girl hits slaps, again man is guilty. So in all the case, he is guilty and woman declared  innocent.

So it is a good movie and pursuade every person to think that sex is a natural hunger in both man and woman and both can seduce and rape each other and only on the ground of being feminine, she can not escape.Many a times cases of attempt to rape and rape are the result of women being failed on her attempt and lodges FIR and finally court decides, in normal terms against men.
