Bride has fetched 25 Million dollars so far and is record for an Indian artiste.Now she is left with only one option that is explore the West and she is well on the way for that. Indian face abroad is her designation.Her new picture Lost legion is about to commence filming soon and Mistress of Spices and Provoked will also get released soon. All this bodes well for Ash. If Ash succeeds, the door for others will open easily. Ash has done the legwork, while keeping her principles of no skin show alive. For that I give credit. She deserves support and constructive criticism. Her image is high in the West with Likely UK award and Loreal and Longines endorsements and ads playing in the screens of USA and UK etc.. Very few if at all, any indian has had all this visibility in the competitive and probably color conscious West. Tasking it in a totality Ash is extremely competent and a good leader. Many Indians have spent time pulling her down for giggling in Oprah show, but tell me who else has been interviewed like this by Letterman and Oprah. How many Indians have been invitees to the Time Gala diner and been given the honour in Amsterdam. Take a balanced view and give her credit. neither adulation nor cynical comments will be correct. If you analyse Ash has been very conservative and selective in films and Ads. Nakshatra, Coco Cola, Longines, Tanishq and Loreal are the main ads she has done. No over exposure.
