Airtel is a big company as we all know. But I am very disappointed with it. I bought the dongal of airtel for making project because l hear that airtel provide best network. When I brought and use in my laptop then it show no network then I think there is a problem in my PC but after servicing I check dongal again but this time also it not work. Then I realize That there is a problem in dongal then I will go the shop, service centre and also call to the customer care.no one helps me by giving various reasons so I am very disappointed with airtel , there is very poor customer service and network is also not so good.
